Pacific AirTech, LLC (“Pacific AirTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of visitors to pacificairtech.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

This policy applies to information collected through pacificairtech.com. It does not replace the privacy practices or policies of third-party websites or services that you may choose to visit.

Information we collect

Information you provide. If you submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, facility location, gas requirements, estimated consumption, peak flow, delivery pressure, current supply or storage setup, operating schedule or usage pattern, desired timing, and any other information you include in your message.

Technical information. This site is hosted by Netlify. As part of hosting, security, and form processing, Netlify may automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, request information, and similar service data.

This website does not currently collect payment-card information.

How we use information

We use information submitted through the website to:

• respond to inquiries and communicate about your request;
• evaluate gas, equipment, delivery, and site requirements;
• prepare or support quotes and proposals;
• follow up regarding potential or existing business; and
• operate, protect, and maintain the website and our business records.

Pacific AirTech does not currently use website inquiry information to add visitors to a marketing mailing list, and we do not sell inquiry information or exchange leads for payment.

How information is processed and shared

Website hosting and forms. Pacific AirTech uses Netlify to host this website and process form submissions. Netlify stores form submission data as part of its Forms service.

Email. Form submission notifications and related correspondence may be received and stored in Pacific AirTech’s paid Google Workspace email accounts.

Suppliers and business partners. When reasonably necessary to evaluate, quote, coordinate, or fulfill your request, we may share relevant business contact information and technical or operational details with gas suppliers, equipment providers, or other parties involved in the requested supply or service. We share only information we reasonably believe is relevant to the request.

Legal and protective purposes. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Pacific AirTech or others.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Analytics, advertising, cookies, and tracking

Pacific AirTech does not currently use website analytics, advertising pixels, behavioral advertising tools, chat widgets, email-tracking tools, or similar marketing-tracking technologies on this site.

Netlify may use technical measures necessary to host, secure, and deliver the site and process forms. Pacific AirTech does not use those technical measures to build advertising profiles of site visitors.

California online privacy disclosures

Pacific AirTech does not use this website to track visitors across third-party websites or online services over time for targeted advertising. Because Pacific AirTech does not currently use that type of cross-site tracking, the site’s behavior does not change in response to a browser “Do Not Track” signal.

Depending on the law that applies to Pacific AirTech and your relationship with us, California residents may have rights relating to their personal information. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided through this website. We will evaluate and respond to requests as required by applicable law.

Because Pacific AirTech does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, the website does not currently provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link.

Data retention

We retain inquiry information for business purposes such as quoting, follow-up, service, recordkeeping, and evaluating future requirements. At present, inquiry emails may be retained in Pacific AirTech’s Google Workspace accounts for an extended period and potentially indefinitely unless they are deleted. Netlify form submissions may also remain stored in Netlify until they are deleted.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small business to protect information in our control. No website, email system, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for business and commercial inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through this website.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, services, or data practices change. The effective and last-updated date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
